1. Document Privacy & Zero-Retention
Unlike conventional services that store and index your files, eSign is designed with privacy first. Documents you open in eSign are processed directly in your browser. Once your signed PDF is exported and your session ends, the file data is cleared from memory.
2. Data Storage & Hosting
When using team features that save account settings or company seals, your data is stored in certified, secure European data centers in compliance with GDPR and applicable privacy regulations.
3. Analytics & Service Data
We collect minimal, anonymous technical metrics (such as page performance and error rates) to keep the service running smoothly. We never read, inspect, or share the text or contents of your signed documents.
