1. Using eSign
eSign provides a document signing and sealing platform. You may use eSign to prepare, sign, seal, and export documents according to your active subscription plan.
2. Signatory Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that any signatures, corporate stamps, or seals uploaded to your eSign account are authorized by the appropriate parties within your organization. eSign provides the signing infrastructure and does not independently verify the authorization of individual signatories.
3. Service Availability & Governing Law
We strive to provide continuous, high-availability service. These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, with jurisdiction in Zurich.
